- Invest 1-2 days with your team to create alignment, using the team canvas
- Create a 'travel rhythm'. Have quarterly to annual physical team-meetings.
- Do retrospectives. The only way to improve as a team is to reflect on the collaboration and outcomes of the team. Retrospectives enables you to build in a reflection rhythm. Contiuously improve.
- Have cross-functional self-organizing teams.
